When you workout you burn calories, but what is the best way to burn fat calories? If you workout because you want to lose weight then it is very important to understand that you can burn regular energies (calories) or burn away stored energies (fat calories). To do that you can force yourself and exert your body all the time, or you can be smart and learn of a couple of tricks to burn stored calories.
The basic way to lose weight is to use 2 key methods: eat better and workout. The harder you workout the more weight you will lose, the better you eat the better you will look. What people always do, however, is they workout very late, usually after they get home from. This is ok if you can’t get around that, but if you have a choice, I highly recomend you workout in the morning, preferrably before having breakfast. Let’s explain why that is.
When you workout after around 3pm, you will be using the energy you have accumulated through the day (from the food you’ve eaten that day), so you will notice less improvement if you are following this type of way to losing weight. But if you workout in the morning before breakfast, you are actually using your stored calories as your energy, increasing the amount of weight loss. This is the best way to burn fat calories and I also want to recommend high intensity interval training, or HIIT for short.
HIIT is when you sprint then jog in random intervals at a time for about 10 minutes. The process is done very quickly and is very effective to lose weight fast. You can start by warming up first with a 3 minute light jog, and after that you can slightly pick up the pace. When you get into your interval stages, sprint 90% of your maximum speed for 30 seconds, then back down to a slow jog for 45 seconds. Then again sprint for 30 seconds then back to a light jog for 1 min. You can choose the intensity of your cardio workout, don’t be overstrengous with your body, safety first.
2 ways to burn fat calories:
1. Workout in the morning before breakfast (HIIT is recommended)
2. Eat 4 to 6 meals per day to speed up your metabolism
After you have done your early morning workout, you can then get ready for your day. You can still workout your muscles later on to promote muscle growth. It’s vital to do resistance training when doing HIIT because if you don’t then you may also be using your lean muscle tissue as energy during HIIT, an easy and simple way to counteract this is to light resistance training later in the day, any light training is fine, but you can also do moderate training to build more muscle.
