Besides working out and eating healthy, there’s also what to drink to lose weight and the drinks are very easy to prepare for everyday drinking. These drinks should be taken lightly though, if you overdo it it may create more problems than solutions.
#1 Mix water with cayenne pepper
The heat in the cayenne pepper is key for this drink to help you burn stomach fat. Take 8 ounces of ice water, and mix in about 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, stir it in well and enjoy. This cold drink will give your body a natural jolt and speed up your metabolism, you can also add some lemon juice for some flavoring and some more detoxifying properties.
